Who Is Brenda?

About Brenda

“Brenda has tireless energy… She’s always upbeat, she’s open to any and everything, she has fantastic connections, unique ideas, wonderful angles, and makes work seem like play. One of the more delightful authors I’ve had the privilege of working with,” Ann E. Pryor,  Senior Publicity Manager, McGraw-Hill

“Brenda is a remarkable talent with an incredible work ethic. She is at the center of a remarkable web of connections and her tireless ability to make things happen and the positive energy that she brings to the job every day are her greatest assets,” Byrd Leavell, Literary Agent, The Waxman Agency

“Brenda is one of the most wonderfully inspiring, dynamic, fun and savvy women you could hope to meet! It is an absolute pleasure to be in her company and to work with her,”  Lesley Everett, Owner, Walking TALL International Ltd

“Brenda Della Casa is an absolute delight; she finds the positive in every situation without exception. In fact, I hired her for several projects at iVillage, in part thanks to her inspiringly great attitude and outlook. Brenda feels comfortable speaking/writing with authority and it shows. She has a very “big sister” writing voice, to which iVillage readers really responded well,” Josey Miller, Editor, iVillage.com

“Brenda is extremely bright and talented. If you ever have the opportunity to work with her, I would suggest that you do not pass it up! At Doceus, Brenda was a real “utility” player. She was always willing and able to help get things done that were outside the scope of her responsibilities. Brenda is going to continue to be successful in everything she does. I wholeheartedly recommend Brenda Della Casa both personally and professionally,” Elliott Frutkin, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, Doceus, Inc.

Short Bio:

Brenda Della Casa is an internationally published author who has spent the last eight years interviewing single, married and divorced men and women for a variety of television shows, columns and articles.

Tired of seeing incredible women compare their lives to that of Cinderella, beat themselves up for a naked ring finger and lie to one another (and themselves) about men, love and proper dating behavior, Brenda set out to prove that Cinderella told a whopper of a fib and discover the real ways for women to re-write their romantic realities and create their own “Happily Ever After.”

After interviewing hundreds of single women and nearly 1,000 single, married and coupled men world-wide, Brenda not only discovered how women can realize their lives have significance regardless of their romantic status but how in doing so they can attract quality men who will call and will commit, no knocking them over the head and dragging them to the altar required. She put all of this and more into her breakthrough book, Cinderella Was a Liar: The Real Reason You Cannot Find (or Keep) a Prince, which has been published in six languages.

In addition to her writing experience, Brenda is an accomplished reality and host casting agent and has cast some of the most popular dating, relationship and family television shows in the US.
